Dock not showing apps from wine, but the og plank showed

What Happened?

Actually not a big problem because I prefer use Alt + Tab, but it might be annoying for some people

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install wine, and you cant see the executed wine apps on dock

The dock needs a .desktop file to connect a window to its app, as per freedesktop standards

Nowadays flatpak, the default installation method, force that standard, but apps like through wine or appimage, needs to have a .desktop file to be created
You can use PinIt in appcenter for that

There are discussions for a fallback for the dock, but i understand the arguments against it - it is pretty much having to clean behind app developers ignoring some of the oldest standards
