Description:
When hovering over dock items with the mouse, their tooltips (names) appear behind the dock instead of in front of it, making them unreadable.
This only works correctly when the dock size is set to the smallest possible option. On medium or large settings, the tooltips are hidden behind the dock.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to System Settings → Desktop → Dock & Panel.
Set the dock size to "Medium" or "Large".
Hover your mouse over any dock icon.
The tooltip appears behind the dock.
Expected behavior:
The tooltip should always appear in front of the dock, regardless of the dock size.
