S-CORE should not be used here, or similar, would it not be better to put this in the Folder Template, maybe under General Templates sections, as all other templates?

will remove S-CORE, do not put in folder template because it is not a mandatory template and can be used in several documentation folders (e.g. in platform, features and components). General Templates section we do not have and therefore also many templates are still in the process directories.

Shall we provide a rational why we need a decision record?
The SCORE project captures decisions on important or recurring topics, such as alternative approaches to requirements, architecture, and testing. From these recorded decisions, related artifacts like requirement specifications, architecture models, or test plans can be derived.
For a structured access to the decisions we use the decision record as defined in the :need:gd_temp__change_decision_record .
