Improvement Metamodel from process needs

We are using attribute :tags: for requirements as a filter to create needtables e.g. Safety Plan. Therefore

• :tags: shall be a mandatory option
• it shall be checked that the tag is used
• a list of possible tags shall be generated
• it shall be checked if a correct tag is used

Otherwise we will have a lot of errors in the generated lists.

It shall be checked if there are more attributes that are used as a filter and if this should be enlarged to them.

A list of all documents, sorted to the different Repos will be manually generated in the documentation management plan. It can be used to check against.

One thing to note.

Tags are a 'default' option, therefore have to make sure it's except from the registration process.

@PandaeDo , as this ticket was generated in doc-as-code, there are no MILESTONES available, either you move this to Process Description, as intended, as in in infrastructure only for tracking or you define proper Milestones in Doc-as-cod repos
