This Release supports newly a partly working xlsx-import.
xlsx-export is improved and maps hierarchy to xlsx

This is the first release to be published at pypi.
This should generate feedback and input to get pyreqif a bit usefull.
Don't expect to much at this time!

Currently it works with a set of reqif-documents which I have.
