Adds the missing Microsoft.McpServer.ProjectTemplates.11.0 entry to the SDK’s dependency manifest so the MCP Server project template package can be correctly flowed/restored as part of the bundled templates set (missed in #54132).
Changes:

Microsoft.McpServer.ProjectTemplates.11.0as aProductDependencyineng/Version.Details.xmlwith the same source URI/SHA and version train as the otherdotnet/dotnetdependencies.
