Work around CS9363 for nameof of pointer-typed fields

The preview C# compiler currently reports CS9363 ("must be used in an
unsafe context") for nameof references to fields whose signature contains
pointers, even though nameof never dereferences them. These references
live in MemberData iterator methods, which can never be an unsafe context,
so marking the methods unsafe does not help. Replace the affected
nameof(...) usages with equivalent string literals.

This is fixed upstream by dotnet/roslyn#84325 ("Unsafe evolution: avoid
errors inside nameof"), so this workaround can be reverted once that
change flows into the repo's compiler.
