LSRA: Add stress mode to force move argument registers to different registers #93257
Description
To get coverage on situations fixed in #92355, add a LSRA stress mode that will forcefully move argument registers to different registers in the prolog. One of the ways to do it would be to set the argument register as anti-preference for that interval.
