These failures should be fixed by

There are two distinct root causes affecting three CI leg categories:

1. R2R / Crossgen2 / Outerloop legs — Fixed by PR Disable Collect_Aggressive_LargePages for R2R/CrossGen2 #127571

Affected legs: All R2R-CG2, crossgen2, and outerloop (which sets RunCrossGen2=1)

Error: GC: Reserving 6442450944 bytes (6 GiB) for the regions range failed

Root cause: The test sets DOTNET_GCLargePages=2 (emulation mode). Crossgen2 inherits this env var and its own GC
tries to use large pages for its 6 GiB region reservation, which fails. PR #127571 filters this env var from
crossgen2.

2. gc-standalone leg still using clrgc which will fail. It might be reasonable to just remove this pipeline as discussed in Test Failure: GC/API/Refresh/Refresh/Refresh.cmd #127667
