Documentation on creating ETW events

There is currently no documentation on using ETW in your own applications for logging, besides some random blog posts and the limited samples in class documentations.

ETW is great but with no documentation usage will suffer.

The document @vancem attached in https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vancem/2012/07/09/the-specification-for-the-system-diagnostics-tracing-eventsource-class/ was extremely helpful! But overall I think so.
