@copilot Run OpenApiDocumentIntegrationTests and update the tests so that they pass.

Ran the OpenApiDocumentIntegrationTests — 4 tests were failing in the OpenApi3_0 snapshot suite. The new Microsoft.OpenApi 3.8.0 now emits "type": "string" alongside oneOf when serializing nullable enum schemas in OpenAPI 3.0 format. Updated the 4 affected snapshot files accordingly. All 180 tests now pass (commit fa5cf09).
