Updates the milestone automation policy so PRs merged into the active servicing branches get assigned to the next July servicing patch milestones.
Changes:
- Bump the release/10.0 milestone assignment from
10.0.9to10.0.10. - Bump the release/9.0 milestone assignment from
9.0.17to9.0.18. - Bump the release/8.0 milestone assignment from
8.0.28to8.0.29.
