[FEAT] - Add abort (or skip) option to the tool execution confirmation

When you answer n to Can I run this tool? ([y]es/[a]ll/[n]o): n you can fall in a endless loop.

A solution would be to offer the skip (or abort, cancel, ...) option to exit the loop and return to the user prompt.

I was thinking of allowing users to ctrl-c to exit to the prompt while the agent loop is running, regardless of if we're in a tool confirmation or an agent is streaming text back. then if they ctrl-c again, that will exit cagent.

cagent now allows ctrl-c to interrupt tool confirmations, tool calls, and streaming responses, returning the user to the prompt

FYI, when I ctrl-c on tool confirmation window, it quits cagent completely
(using cagent v1.1.1 darwin-arm64 released few days after this issue was marked as completed)

Mmm... I may have understood the behaviour: answering "no" to the tool confirmation window and then pressing "esc" can stop the streaming (and endless loop) from happening.
