01 tag is here, the release will follow soon.This is awaiting the official release to be available on https://www.php.net/releases/index.php?json&max=1&version=8.4, hence the draft state.This also contains some "MIMIC" commits that mimic expected update-bot behavior to hopefully prevent merge conflicts or allow for easier rebasing.
