Hello, under the plan that I paid for — first on November 21, 2025, and then again on December 21, 2025 — the Wan 2.5 service is unlimited for me.
Why did it stop working on December 1, 2025?
I constantly receive an error telling me to renew my plan or top up my balance. On December 1, 2025, I had around 900 credits remaining on my balance. Despite this, I topped up my balance again, but Wan 2.5 still did not start working.
On December 21, 2025, $25 was automatically charged from my card, even though I no longer wanted to use your service due to this unresolved issue — and Wan 2.5 still does not work.
Please resolve this issue.
