Active subscription and credits not recognized for Wan 2.5 animation

Hello Diffusion Studio team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Pro subscription on https://pro.diffusion.studio.

I have an active Diffusion Studio Pro (×2500) subscription:

Subscription is paid and active (last payment on December 21, 2025)

Next billing date: January 20, 2026

Available credits: 2500 (unused)

However, when I try to animate an image using Wan 2.5, the system returns an error saying that there is no active billing or credits available, and the request cannot be completed.

This seems to be a mismatch between my billing status and the model access:

Subscription is visible and active in Stripe

Credits are available

But Wan 2.5 animation is blocked due to “no billing / no credits”

When I click on “Support”, I’m redirected to the GitHub issues page, so I’m reporting the problem here.

Additional note:
Earlier, I received an automated GitHub email about a third-party OAuth application (Replicate) being added to my account. I’m not sure if this is related, but mentioning it just in case.

Could you please:

Check my account status and billing sync

Confirm whether Wan 2.5 should be available under my current Pro plan

Restore access to image animation if this is a technical issue
