make undate objects available for easy conversion/parsing in pandas and/or polars - https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/development/extending.html#extension-types
When this is implemented, we could update the jupyter notebook with Shakespeare and Company datasets to use it, or write a new notebook to show it off
would be valuable to do some benchmarking to get an idea of performance doing operations for undate
