v0.0.43: point the auto-updater at devsuitup/switchboard - #94

The repo moved from JeanBaptisteRenard/switchboard to devsuitup/switchboard. electron-updater bakes publish.owner into app-update.yml at build time, so published builds still queried the old owner (working only through the GitHub transfer redirect, which breaks if the old name is ever reused). Also fixes the release-notes link (pointed at doctly) and the .ai/project.json origin.
