Problem description

CLARIN-DSpace allows attaching or detaching a license to/from an item or to/from all bitstreams of the item. To the Edit Item view will be added Licenses option:

The issue: dataquest-dev/DSpace#141 and #92 must be done.

How to test

• After clicking on Remove License the license must be detached from the item's bitstreams and the item's license metadata must be removed
• After selecting another license and clicking on the Update button the Item's bitstreams license must be changed as well as item's license metadata
• After selecting another license and clicking on the Return button, the selected license should be revert.
• When you click on the License name you should be redirected to the license definition page.
• When you click on the Define New License button the modal where you could define a new License should be popped up.
• You should define a new License and after creating it the new License should be rolled down in the License selection.
• When you remove the License, the card where is the license name should disappear.
