UFAL/File preview spinner is still spinning when the submission is as workflow

How to reproduce:

1. Start creating a new submission
2. Click save for later
3. Go to you submissions
4. Click View on the submissions you've created
5. You should see the Item view with the file preview spinner

Expected behaviour:

• Do not show spinner when there are not uploaded files
