Problem description

Every data submission must have a license and the license must be clearly visible in the item view. Example from Clarin-DSpace:

Requirements

The issue: dataquest-dev/DSpace#141 and #92 must be done.

How to test

• When you go to the Item view of some Item you should see the License information in the bottom of the Item View like from the Clarin-DSpace example.
• You should see if the license is Publicly available or restricted or something else
• When you click on the License name you should be redirected to the License page
