There are some attributes in dspace5 that are not in dspace7.
Add missing attributes to dspace7 and import values from these attributes to database.
Missing attributes:
eperson - welcome_info, can_edit-submission_metadata

resource_legacy_id represented resource_id in V6, now, the resouce_id references to dspace object, so resource_legacy_id is not using.

Attributes have been added only for migration; we have not used them further yet.
