This PR updates the documentation to reflect upcoming application changes, replacing the term "Agents" with "Bots".
Why this change?
To avoid terminology conflicts with the rising popularity of AI Agents. Renaming ensures clarity for users and prevents confusion between our standard automated bots and autonomous AI entities.
