springcloud 打成war包执行的时候，并不走EmbeddedServletContainerInitializedEvent这个事件，所以可以监听ApplicationReadyEvent事件，将ServerListener，InitService注入新的监听器中启动客户端。springcloud的端口号一般都会配置，所以可以从配置文件中获取。

应用初始化时若无法连接txmanager 将无法启动，但服务有可能已注册，有很大风险出现服务不可用-改为异步初始化 当 txmanager 连接失败时，退化到无分布式事务，原来是会抛异常
* 标示本服务是否是只读
* 若为true : 不会加入事务组; Connection 不会被 Wrap
* 在本服务无DB操作或仅有查询时请配置 true 将提高性能
* 若应用都没有DB配置，此配置无意义不用设值
