Steps to Reproduce

The side bar on the bottom was blocked by the keyboard, running on safari at an iPad Pro 2019 11'.
As these two pictures showed:
With Bluetooth keyboard:

With soft keyboard:

Expected

User should be able to see the bottom side bar.

Actual

As what you can see the side bar got blocked.
