🚀 Resource Sharing Hub Feature

📌 Description

This PR introduces the Resource Sharing Hub, a platform where users can share and explore valuable resources for developers. Users can:

  • Add new resources with a title, description, link, and tags.
  • Search for resources using keywords.
  • Upvote or downvote resources.
  • Store resources in localStorage for persistence.
  • Responsive UI with a clean and modern look.

🎯 Features Implemented

  • ✅ Add resource form with validation.
  • ✅ Search functionality with debounce for better performance.
  • ✅ Voting system (upvote/downvote) with local state management.
  • ✅ Modal UI for adding new resources.
  • ✅ Dark theme with Tailwind CSS styling.
  • ✅ Persistent storage using localStorage.
