Healthcheck support

Adds supported fields for readiness healthcheck as well as functionality from #1213 and a bump to the supported API version

Hi, @anthonydahanne. I changed my email thats where the problems are comming from. I squashed all commit from the original PR and changed the email. Know there the CLA is green. There also merge conflicts that I fixed but now the build is failing because it can't find some symbols. I don't know if symbols should or should not exist. Can you take a look? Also I don't know why here the CLA is still red
