Hue Sync Stopping on its own

Set up bifrost and everything is working well. However whenever I have sync activated, eventually it will just stop on its own. Here are the logs I’m receiving

Looking for any help in fixing this

@avidricaire I would also include in this ticket what specific device or application you are using to do the entertainment sync (examples: Hue Sync Box v1, Hue Sync Windows app, etc).

Thanks for the suggestion. I am using the sync box 8k, so I believe it is v2

This usually happens if the fps is too high. Lower it until you find a sweet spot. This means your Zigbee network can't keep up.

@Intecpsp Unfortunately for my setup (I have a Hue Sync Box v1), even after setting it to 5FPS, the syncing will typically randomly stop after 10-15 minutes with no error.

I am using a SLZB-06 for my ZigBee coordinator.

I have a V1 as well. The stability isn't on the Hue Hub, it's on the Zigbee network. You may need to upgrade your coordinator. Try to get an MG24.
