langchain chat model plugins for moonshot llm

Only non-stream chat function is implemented. Other function will be implemented in future.

How to use

1. run `pip install -r requirements.txt
2. copy your api_key on Moonshot platform, and set up you env export MOONSHOT_API_KEY=...
3. refer moonshot_model_test.py to create your own project
