Rationalize option names

Our option names do not match as described in #5191. E.g. global showLines vs. controller/dataset showLine. And pointBackgroundColor vs element.point.backgroundColor. We should make the option names match and remove the non-matching versions

Also, we should align the bubble and line options as described in #5572
