Last tick is overlapping.

In some cases, the next to the last tick is overlapping. It's a bit hart to describe, so I made a screenshot.
This usually happens if you set a small maxRotation.

This is still an issue with the time scale. Should look into omitting the last tick if too close to previous ticks. How would this relate to the notion of https://github.com/chartjs/Chart.js/pull/2590/files that "we always show the last tick,we need may need to hide the last shown one before"- wouldn't it make more sense to skip that last tick and rely on equally-spaced ticks before in case of time scale at least?
