cecli run commands when I don't want to #449

Description

@Thanatermesis

Issue

sometimes cecli runs commands on my terminal, sometimes even garbage words, it is not meant that only with the --yes-always-commands will run them? (and if don't specify that, it will never run them?)

this is an example of my full cecli arguments:

cecli --code-theme monokai --no-check-update --no-auto-commits --no-attribute-author --no-attribute-commit-message-author --no-attribute-commit-message-committer --no-attribute-co-authored-by --no-auto-test --git --gitignore --notifications --vim --disable-playwright --no-auto-lint --no-show-model-warnings --watch-files --show-speed --enable-context-compaction --yes --disable-scraping --show-thinking --no-tui
