希望大佬们增加个失效ck的wx一对一通知，目前只有正常状态突然失效了，会发送一对一通知，但是失效了以后在检测就不会发送一对一通知了，希望大佬能添加个失效以后12小时或者24小时之内还能发一条一对一通知消息，类似这样失效后检测的通知。感谢大佬
