Update `timezone` and `tz` to `time_zone` throughout temporal_rs

Naming should be updated to be consistent.

Specifically, ZonedDateTime::timezone should be updated to ZonedDateTime::time_zone, but there may be other places in temporal_rs where this naming isn't consistent.
