Summary
Adds a compact composer control for choosing an agent/persona and model before sending an agent mention. The picker opens as a two-panel agent/model menu, inserts a persona mention from the composer, and shows the selected model in the trigger after model selection.
Also makes mention decorations deletable as a single unit with Backspace, including agent mentions where the visible
