Fix Alt-Tab

When the app window is visible - it should appear in alt+tab

When not - not.

For app to be visible in the alt+tab go to settings and make sure that the 'Icon Placement' is set to one of the options with 'Dock' in it.

But then yeah - it will be visible in alt+tab when it's not visible as well.

It's a minor ux thing and was added based on the needs at the time, unlikely to be changed in near future unless there will be more interested users/more demand for this.
