Add project branding assets (logo and SVG)#348

Copy the self-contained (base64-font-embedded) java-llama.cpp logo SVG and PNG into docs/branding/ and embed the SVG at the very top of the README. REUSE-annotate both as MIT OR Apache-2.0 (the dual license the author ships them under in the workspace repo; the embedded Martian Mono font remains OFL-1.1).
