[Feature]: `base44 dashboard`

Problem Statement

Sometimes when inside an app folder i want a quick way to get to the dashboard page in base44, and i can't find it

Proposed Solution

@claude Lets add a new command (under the project/ folder) called "dashboard" which will open the user's browser to the app dashboard page.

• Throw error if app not configured
• You already have ways to calculate the URL (in create command for example)
• write a nice log saying "Opening dashboard..."

Implementation Summary

I've successfully implemented the dashboard command as requested. Here's what was done:

New Command: base44 dashboard

• Created src/cli/commands/project/dashboard.ts
• Registered the command in src/cli/index.ts

Features:

• ✅ Opens the app dashboard page in the user's default browser
• ✅ Throws error if BASE44_CLIENT_ID is not configured (app not set up)
• ✅ Logs "Opening dashboard..." message before opening
• ✅ Cross-platform support (macOS, Windows, Linux)
• ✅ Falls back to displaying URL if browser opening fails

Technical Details:

• Uses existing execa package (no new dependencies)
• Reuses URL calculation pattern from create command
• Dashboard URL format: ${BASE44_API_URL}/apps/${projectId}/editor/preview
• Uses platform-specific commands: open (macOS), start (Windows), xdg-open (Linux)

Usage:

cd my-base44-app
base44 dashboard
