Add optional co-author parameters to all commands creating git commits. The co-author will be added as trailer at the end of the commit message. Example: ```bash gitopscli deploy \ --co-author-name 'John Doe' \ --co-author-email john@baloise.dev \ ... ``` ``` changed 'backend.tag' to 'foo' in values.yaml Co-authored-by: John Doe <john@baloise.dev> ``` Resolved #195

If no author is provided the git user and email will be used for both committer and author.
