What changed

Reviewed and updated 8 files (4 EN + 4 PT-BR) for the Bot Manager Lite integration, cross-referencing the v0.1.6 internal spec.

Why

The articles had technical inaccuracies, missing content, and style inconsistencies that could mislead users during setup and tuning.

• Added the complete rules table (17 rules with IDs, score increments, and classes) to the reference article
• Added explanation of the built-in az_botm/az_asm signed cookie mechanism (rules 15, 16, 17)
• Added missing reputation_network_lists argument to the reference and installation guide
• Fixed Rule 11 description (was inverted: ${http_range} is empty, not "present")
• Fixed internal_logs value type to String consistently across all files ("0", "1", "2", "3")
• Fixed typo in Rules Engine criteria: /.well-know/ → /.well-known/
• Removed unverified claim that Bot Manager Lite uses "machine learning"
• Fixed internal_logs: 2 (number) → "2" (string) in template JSON Args

Completeness

• Expanded the "Configuring actions" section in the installation guide from a stub to a proper ## heading with a link to the reference
• Added reputation_network_lists and internal_logs to the extended JSON Args example
• Added a note clarifying that action: allow is observation mode (requests are not blocked)
