SSM parameters are the mechanism SDLF uses for presenting an external interface. We're reworking them a bit, to remove the resource type component, and to use the cfn resource reference as the last component for consistency. The `/sdlf/` prefix is no longer using capital letters and the name of the module is added next to it. Regarding that last point, /storage/ is used here instead of /foundations/ because it better represents what this module is about, and how it may be named in the short future
