[sdlf-foundations][cdk] ssm parameters naming change
[sdlf-dataset][cdk] ssm parameters naming change
SSM parameters are the mechanism SDLF uses for presenting an external interface.
We're reworking them a bit, to remove the resource type component, and to use the cfn resource reference as the last component for consistency. The
/sdlf/prefix is no longer using capital letters and the name of the module is added next to it.Regarding that last point, /storage/ is used here instead of /foundations/ because it better represents what this module is about, and how it may be named in the short future...
