Newer Anthropic models fail when both temperature and top_p are specified

The chatbot fails when invoking newer Anthropic Claude models (e.g., eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0) but works correctly with older Claude models.

Root Cause

According to the AWS Bedrock documentation:

Warning: Claude Sonnet 4.5 and Claude Haiku 4.5 only support specification of one of temperature or top_p parameters, but cannot handle both. This does not apply to any older models.

Expected Behavior

The chatbot should successfully invoke newer Anthropic Claude models.
