Long overdue release for ELS 2026. Open issues: + idea of more comprehensive state of CFFI failures on arm64 + abcl-contrib/named-readtable check for conflicts with QuickLisp + failing <https://github.com/armedbear/abcl/actions/runs/21361116319/job/61480417009?pr=727>, as it seems running ANSI-TESTS broken on github.com runner.
