[Task] Universal Back Button navigation within Appsmith

Summary

Users should be able to navigate between pages and states seamlessly without dabbling into the entity explorer. For large apps, entity explorer can get crowded, and if entities are not named well navigation can be a mess.
We need a simple and intuitive way for users to navigate within appsmith.

Example task flow-

Property Pane Lightning Menu -> Create New API -> API Pane -> Property Pane

Idea #1

All pages have a close button, closing the page takes you back to the canvas. Users can use the browser back button to navigate one step back.

Idea #2

All pages have a back and a forward button that replicates the behavior of browser navigation buttons.
