Support over selenium-webdriver3.0.2

depends on: update selenium-webdriver 3.0 and add patches to work with Appium #383

Over selennium-webdriver3.0.2, the way to invoke commands has changed.
In 68cc995 , I've changes some commands like Selenium's commands over 3.0.2.

• lib/appium_lib/common/command.rb
  • lists for commands
• lib/appium_lib/device/device.rb
  • define process for the commands

Commands work fine in android_tests and ios_tests.

remove unused and duplicated methods.
