This repo contains a Plugin named NativeAppleIAPPlugin that exposes IAP on Apple platforms to Blueprints in Unreal Engine. This was tested with UE4.27 and UE5.1.
Drag the NativeAppleIAPPlugin folder in to your Plugins folder to use.
