[Portal Recipe New] Update Portal Recipe New Command to Incorporate Passing of Parameter Values Across Steps

What

We need to figure out the parameters available at an endpoint level, maintain their context and ask users if they want to inject any previous step's parameter's value at the current step.

Why

The apimatic portal recipe new command does not currently support passing values from one step to the next steps after it. We need to cover this in order to achieve complete coverage of API Recipes creation using just the CLI.
