Yes, but I had to fix that to do this PR and I didn't want to wait for that to merge. It'll get cleaned up on squash. |

Small change - enable parsing of ranges like "1.2.3.4 - 5.6.7.8". This is required to upgrade the Socks logic. |

This has a number of IP support improvements, driven by work to replace the current IP networking support with libswoc. Primarily this is better conversions between IP data types.
This also adds
bwappendwhich isbwprintexcept it appends instead of replacing.
