### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to upgrade Gradle to 8.9. ### Why are the changes needed? Gradle 8.9 is released. We had better start `kubernetes-operator-0.1.0` with the latest version. - https://github.com/gradle/gradle/releases/tag/v8.9.0 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Pass the CIs. ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling? No. Closes #19 from dongjoon-hyun/SPARK-48953.
