Summary

NIFI-15707 Adds a Storage Class property to the S3IcebergFileIOProvider mapping to the s3.write.storage-class property in the S3FileIO class from Apache Iceberg.

The set of allowable values uses the known values from the AWS S3 StorageClass enumeration.

The implementation is based on the initial work in #10877.
